How often should I service my solar system?
We recommend a full inspection every 2–3 years, or sooner if you notice a drop in generation or an unexplained bill increase. Panel cleaning may be needed annually in dusty or high-pollen areas.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Yes — we service all brands and all installers' work. Most of our maintenance clients have systems from other companies.
What does a service visit include?
Panel inspection and clean, inverter diagnostics, wiring and mounting check, performance comparison against expected output, and a written report with any recommendations.
Can you respond to urgent faults?
Yes — get in touch and we'll prioritise urgent jobs like storm damage, total system failures, and safety concerns. We won't quote a specific turnaround, but we'll book you in and attend as soon as our schedule allows.
